The disorder can affect up to seven percent of the population, leaving these members of the population feeling hopeless when it comes time to control the actions that may stem from the anger of the individual.

Anger disorder can be different for every person that experiences it, therefore, it can be hard to navigate the symptoms which are associated with the disorder. In many cases, the individual is unable to control the feelings which are associated with the anger, but are also unable to control the actions which come from these feelings. Although it can be difficult to control the feelings that come with anger, those with an anger disorder are truly unable to gauge the effects of their behavior and the actions which are created because of the triggers.
For those dealing with anger disorder, it can be frustrating to be unable to control the symptoms which are associated with anger. It can be helpful to identify the triggers which can create an anger attack and therefore these triggers can be reduced within various situations. Triggers such as frustration, certain questions or certain subjects within the lifestyle should be avoided if these are identified as triggers that can irritate the anger disorders.
