		<description>I have a friend that had a major manic episode 14 months ago. He is very bright but clueless when it comes to so many basic social rules. He has a degree  from texa tech and he&#039;s really struggling. Even with all the support he&#039;s had i really dont think he appreciates it etc. My experience is  that he is really learned the art of manipulation and yet it&#039;s a viscious cycle that keeps him stuck. Again this is my take.. with one individual. I have recently stepped back. Thanks, Kip</description>
