I have a friend that had a major manic episode 14 months ago. He is very bright but clueless when it comes to so many basic social rules. He has a degree from texa tech and he’s really struggling. Even with all the support he’s had i really dont think he appreciates it etc. My experience is that he is really learned the art of manipulation and yet it’s a viscious cycle that keeps him stuck. Again this is my take.. with one individual. I have recently stepped back. Thanks, Kip

Hmmmp… Does really controlling one’s self cure anxiety? I think it could be since the primary person that can help you if you have an anxiety is yourself.
However, nothing beats solving it by talking to specialist.
