As stress declines, these symptoms also wear off. But as time goes on, the attacks get more pronounced and so also the symptoms. The patient becomes a nervous wreck and isolates himself from the world. Hence, as soon as the symptoms become noticeable, the patient should be given treatment. It will certainly help the person break the cycle of stress and anxiety. He will be able to lead a normal life again.
